Ghanaian YouTube personality Kwadwo Sheldon has lashed out at some Ghanaians trying to justify an NPP minority member of parliament calling the Member of Parliament (MP) for Korle-Klottey constituency Zanetor Rawlings a “daughter of a murder”.
Kwadwo Sheldon asserted that there was no point in calling Zanetor ‘daughter of a murderer’.
He added that there was absolutely no reason to scream those words in Parliament and called on Ghanaians on social media to stop the nonsense of justification and equalization.
Yesterday evening January 4, 2025, the Minority Leader, Alexander Afenyo Markin was on the floor addressing Parliament at the time when a loud voice from the back bench of the Minority in Parliament called a Majority MP a “Daughter of a Murderer.”
The minority leader was later seen calming his members and making gestures pointing to the fact that it was needless and shouldn’t have come out.
Kwadwo Sheldon wrote on X, “There was no point in calling Zanetor ‘daughter of a murderer.’ Absolutely no reason to scream that in Parliament. It’s unnecessary! You people need to stop the nonsense Ramos job and the equalization you’re doing on the TL”.
Meanwhile, some netizens have allegedly fingered Abu Jinapor for being the one behind the loud voice.
Meanwhile, Ghanaians on social media have condemned the comments and have expressed that the Parliament of Ghana is gradually losing its essence and importance.
