It has been reported that twelve individuals in military and police uniforms have invaded the residence of former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta.

According to the reports, the incident happened yesterday Tuesday, 12 February 2025 in the afternoon.

The information gathered suggests the men stormed Ken Ofori Atta’s home in Cantonments while he was reportedly out of the country.

The reports suggest that 12 individuals, five in military uniforms, and one in a police uniform with the rest in ordinary clothes.

The motive behind the men storming Ken Ofori’s house remains vague, but sources confirm the individuals entered the premises.

Meanwhile, a similar incident happened to the former Director of Operations at the Presidency, Lord Commey when his private residence was raided by armed military.

On January 31, 2025, at around 10 pm, the military men stormed the leading member of the opposition NPP private residence.

The armed military men insisted on towing away the cars despite the intervention of the Ghana Police Service.

Reports suggest the military men stormed his residence to tow away six cars alleged to belong to the Ghana government.

However, reports indicate the vehicles have been returned to Lord Commey’s private residence.
