He would be working under Nana Philip Archer the Board Chairman of the Ghana Oil Company (GOIL) who has also been named the new Board Chairman.

Wonder Victor Kutor’s appointment is part of President John Dramani Mahama’s distinctive approach to reinforcing leadership within Ghana’s energy sector.

His appointment comes as President Mahama has relocated Edward Bawa, who was recently appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) to Group CEO of GOIL.
