Broadcast journalist, Captain Smart says the existing rift between President John Dramani Mahama and embattled former Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Samuel Koku Anyidoho can never be resolved in this lifetime.
According to him, Koku Anyidoho is the root cause of their strained relationship and that relationship can never be fixed.
He revealed Koku Anyidoho tormented John Mahama when he was Vice President under the late President John Evans Attah Mills.
Captain Smart indicated that Koku Anyidoho blatantly disregarded and openly insulted Mahama in the Flagstaff House at time.
As Director of Operations at the Presidency, Koku Anyidoho is said to have ganged up with a few Akans at the Flagstaff to make life unbearable for John Mahama.
“The 2 of them (Mahama and Anyidoho) will be like that (loggerheads) until one dies. They will always fight I am telling you that. Koku as an individual tormented Mahama. He disrespected Mahama at the Flagstaff House together with the few Akans in there. I am the one saying he (Anyidoho) insulted him (Mahama) in plain language,” Captain Smart emphatically stated on live television.
There has been an existing friction between President John Mahama and Koku Anyidoho for a long time running. The two who worked closed with the late President John Evans Attah Mills do not see eye to eye, but the real reason for this is unknown.
