Evans Amankwa, a private legal practitioner and a member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has fired shots at the National Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Henry Nana Boakye.
According to Evans Amankwa, Nana Boakye should not jump fire because he has a lot of questions to answer.
Speaking on Good Morning Ghana, Evans Amankwa stated, “All that I am trying to say is that your sitting National Orgainser, who has a lot of cotton wool under his anus and he is trying to drum fire, Nana B knows that he has a lot of cotton under his anus. It is a figurative expression you know what I am talking about.
Nana B knows what I am talking about, he is a brother, if you are watching me you know what I am talking about”, he added.
His comments come on the back of Henry Nana Boakye has filing a lawsuit against the Government of Ghana.
Henry Nana Boakye according to the suit is challenging the unlawful termination of appointments of individuals employed both before and after December 7, 2024.
The National Organiser of the NPP has also been fingered in the NSS ghost name scandal.
The information gathered reveals at least more individuals have been named as persons of interest in the NSS ghost name scandal.
Honourable Mustapha Ussif, Akufo-Addo’s first NSS CEO, Henry Nana Boakye a board member of the NSS, Gifty Oware, Kwaku Ohene Djan, Osei Assibey Antwi are among the 5 fingered in the NSS ghost scandal.
Henry Nana Boakye broke his silence on the Fourth Estate’s investigative report on the National Service Authority (NSA) scandal.
According to Henry Nana Boakye, the Fourth Estate did shoddy work and lazy journalism with their investigation into the NSS ghost name scandal.
Henry Nana Boakye asserted that the Fourth Estate compared the 85,000 figure for general postings to the total sum submitted to Parliament, leading to conclusions about “ghost names.”
Meanwhile, President Mahama has also pledged to imprison Henry Nana Boakye aka Nana B should he be voted into office during the 2024 election.
Mahama at the time accused Nana B and some members of the NPP of spreading falsehood and disinformation to voters ahead of the December 7 polls.
