“I don’t know what has changed, I was highly surprised, so I was even asking the minority leader, you previously spoke to me that Kwabena Mintah Akandoh can be taken and that he personally reach out to you that he wants to be taken that evening, based on the fact that he has brought people, for Joaboso to Accra, so he pleaded”, he added.
The Chairman of Parliament’s Appointment Committee added, the minority leader told him he is under pressure from the NPP.
Bernard Ahaifor added, “I can tell you his answer, that he is under pressure from the his party, probably maybe actually the speed we are going, probably his party… that is what I can deduced his party is not comfortable with it, I wouldn’t know why he would be under pressure.
I can even swear oath to repeat this statement, I can swear an oath I had that understanding with him regarding Akandoh and many occasion he said my brother I am under pressure ooo, on Jerry Ahmed I can swear an oath”, he boldly reiterated.
