Celebrated Ghanaian Media Personality, Nana Aba Anamoah have made some comments about the minority leader in parliament Alexander Afenyo Markin.
According to Nana Aba Anamoah in a short statement on the social media platform X, wrote, “Afenyo is a gentleman!”.
His comments come as the minority leader has made a name for himself by unleashing countless questions on some notable NDC ministerial appointees for long hours.
Afenyo Markin throughout the appointment committee vetting kept the Defense Minister Dr Omane Boamah, the Communication Minister nominee Sam George and the Foreign Affairs Minister-designate for longer hours, questioning them with countless questions.
Addressing a press conference Alexander Afenyo-Markin has stated Ghanaians should not expect the minority to vet arrogant and disrespectful nominees before the Appointments Committee for just five minutes.
“if you have a nominee who is so arrogant so partisan, so disrespectful, so deceptive, so dishonest you don’t expect us to spend 5 minutes”, he stated.
Meanwhile, some Ghanaians under Nana Aba Anamoah have shared their opinion on her statement, one wrote, “ Gentleman where. Because it was Hon Okudjeto’s wife. Did you see how he disrespected and abused the clerk of parliament. You must take that issue up”, another wrote, “ Bcos he’s good at buying fridge”.
Another X user also described Nana Aba as “Ashawo”.
“After Afenyo attacks the clerk of parliament, Nana Aba writes he is a gentleman. Amazing”, another user stated.
