Albert Nat Hyde commonly known as Bongo Ideas has quizzed who gave the minority leader Afenyo Markin power to think he could stand Sam George.
Afenyo Markin in an interview with Channel One TV revealed that the minority had three NDC MPs not to approve but one of them took a humble pie yesterday 29 January 2025.
Afenyo Markin comments as Samuel Nartey George and Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa prepare to face the appointment Committee of Parliament.
The minority leader stated, “I took a position that look, let quickly take them through, unless those that are so critical, we were having three that we were going to vote on, one has eaten a humble pie, and there are two more who we are going to vote on, those two, I am the leader of the opposition and I am telling you what we are going to do, I am a politician”.
Albert Nat Hyde noted that the appointment committee of parliament has not even vetted the minister-designate for Foreign Affairs Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa and the minister-designate for Communication Sam George but Afenyo Markin is planning not to pass them.
Bongo Ideas reacting to Afenyo Markin’s interview wrote on X, “You’ve not vetted Okudzeto and Sam George yet buh you planning not to pass them, meanwhile you’re not the Chairman. Who gave that power to Afenyo Markin? Man thinks he can stand Dzata with that subpar vocabs he’s speaking? We shall see!”.
