A video has surfaced on social media of the interaction between two freemasons the minority leader of parliament Afenyo Markin and Youth Minister-nominee George Opare Addo.
The NDC’s George Opare Addo openly affirmed his membership in the Freemasons during his vetting before Parliament’s Appointments Committee on January 22.
Alexander Afenyo-Markin, in an interview on Citi TV, restated that he is a Freemason and a Roman Catholic at the same time.

Pablo: Yes, I’m a mason.
Alexander Afenyo-Markin: Who is your mother?
Pablo: Amity
Minority Leader, Alexander Afenyo-Markin: In all difficulties and dangers, who in whom do you place your trust?
Pablo: The grand architect of the universe.
George Opare Addo further revealed he is not an active member of the Presbyterian Church despite being baptised and confirmed a Presbyterian.
