In the video shared by Daily Graphic on X, John Mahama was seen interacting with some dignitaries who graced his inauguration at the Black star square.
After the interaction John Mahama proceeded to have lunch with some dignitaries at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC).
John Dramani Mahama was officially sworn in as Ghana’s 6th president under the 4th republic.
John Mahama took the oath of office at the Black Stars Square.
He was sworn in by the Chief Justice of Ghana Gertrude Torkonoo on Monday, January 7, 2025, at the Black Star Square in Accra.
Ghana’s new president is expected to tackle challenges of corruption, high unemployment, inflation, public discontent with the economy of Ghana, and many more.
John Mahama’s inauguration yesterday was graced by Twenty-one Heads of State and foreign dignitaries.
