Albert Nat Hyde commonly known as Bongo Ideas has reacted to the complete destruction of President Akufo-Addo’s statue.
According to Bongo Ideas, the broken statue is a complete rejection of his bad arrogant presidency.
He claimed Ghanaians might have staged a coup against Akufo-Addo if it weren’t for democracy.
He wrote on X with a picture of the head of Akufo-Addo’s statue, “This broken statue is a complete rejection of his bad arrogant presidency!”
The statue of former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has been completely toppled and broken.
The statue was located at the Effia-Nkwanta Regional Hospital in Sekondi has been broken by unidentified people.
According to reports the statue was toppled and broken at about 1:30 am on January 13, 2025.
This was the second time the statue had been destroyed with the first a hole was created at the left leg.
Meanwhile, the statue unveiled some months ago at Effia Nkwanta in the Western Region, was met with immense outrage from the public.
