Dr Stephen Kwabena Opuni the former COCOBOD CEO has stated the living God he serves has disgraced and cursed his enemies.
The former COCOBOD CEO was reacting to being acquitted and discharged of all the criminal charges brought against them by the State.
Dr Stephen Kwabena Opuni over the past eight years been facing 27 charges in court, including allegedly defrauding the state.
State Attorney, Enam Loh Mensah, told the court on Tuesday 28 January 2025, “My Lord, pursuant to this, the Republic has filed a notice of withdrawal.”
Reacting after the state dropped the charges Stephen Opuni revealed that all power and authority belong to the almighty God and not Human beings.
Speaking to the media after the High Court acquitted and discharged him stated, “All power and authority belong to the almighty God and not Human beings and then I will add that, The living God I serve has disgraced and cursed my all enemies, my persecutors, and my destiny haters that is all I will tell you”.
Reports gathered suggest the Attorney General, Dr. Dominic Ayine ordered the state prosecution to drop all charges against the duo. The state attorney proceded to file the withdrawal citing Section 59 Act 30.
