A Ghanaian woman living illegally in Amsterdam reported other Ghanaians to Amsterdam authorities, leading to their deportation and she being rewarded with permanent residence.
Archbishop Duncan Williams made this revelation in a sermon.
According to him, he visited Amsterdam a while back and lodge at an unnamed hotel.
While he was at the hotel, he was approached by a Nigerian lady who asked her to pray for Ghanaians living in Amsterdam.
“I went to a place in Amsterdam and I stayed in a hotel, and a Nigerian lady came and said I hear you’re Archbishop Duncan Williams from Ghana and I said yes. She said pray for your people and I asked why?”
It was here that the Nigerian woman shared the story which shocked him.
Per her narration, two Ghanaian women who worked in the hotel were engaged in a fight. After the fight, one of the women went to report to the Amsterdam authorities that all the Ghanaians who worked in the hotel were undocumented.
“So, the authorities came and ransacked everybody, husbands and wives. They left the home dropped of their children at school and went to work and didn’t come back home,” he disclosed.
“They arrested everybody and deported them to Ghana and the lady that went and reported was given a stay. I mean how can you sleep,” he told his congregation who were visibly shocked with this sheer wickedness.
