In a post seen on social media, the whistle blower wrote, “There is a group of NPP supporters at the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources-Ghana who have categorised under a pseudo political patrol called NATIONAL ALTERNATIVE EMPLOYMENT LIVELIHOOD PROGRAMMES (NAELP), their job was job sit at home and draw salaries end of every month from ministry budget since 2023”.

“As I type, they are at post awaiting to draw salary this month, the chief directors and all directors at the Ministry are part of this scheme and aware of this corrupt scheme. The only work this group of people did was go round in 2024 campaigning for NPP and they draw salary”, she stated.

Her write up on social media suggested the group operates from an office in Cantonments, Gold Coast, near a location commonly used for live band performances and despite their inactive roles, they continue to receive salaries.

The whistleblower further alleged that other ministries have similar crooks who do nothing but draw salaries.

She added, “As much as am angry and disappointed, I could have push this to the ORAL committee but from my information, other ministries have similar crooks who do nothing but draw salaries. They operate from an office in cantonments, Gold Coast close to where they play the live band. Attached is the list of beneficiaries of the so-called programme excluding their National Coordinator by name is Louise Carol Serwaa Donkor”.

She further dared anyone whose name is on the list she posted on social media to deny and sue her for defamation.
