A netizen has penned a letter to Former Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Samuel Koku Anyidoho.
According to the netizen, Koku Anyidoho was once the most powerful man in Ghana.
He asserted that Koku Anyidoho nearly made John Mahama resign as Vice president.
The netizen was reacting to a post by Koku Anyidoho which reads, “I’m happy to be a Ghanaian and a good citizen 🙏🙏🙏🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭❤️❤️❤️”.
Koku Anyidoho added four images of him with four former presidents of Ghana, the late Atta-Mills, the late Jerry John Rawlings, John Agyekum Kufuor and Akufo-Addo.
The netizen identified as Sewing Machine wrote, “ You were once the most powerful man in Ghana. You nearly made Mahama resign as Vice president. See how life has humbled you!
You once threatened on the radio that heads would roll for a mere malfunctioning of floodlights at the Kumasi Sports stadium and people were shivering. You were too loud!”, he wrote.
He further added, “ They say Power is transient.. your current lifestyle and demotion from the corridors of power embodies the whole meaning of that statement. Marjorie Liu had you in mind.
You called President Kufuor an armed robber because someone he pardoned from prison circa 2005-2007 before he left office had later on been arrested as an armed robber. Apparently, when the guy was released from prison he went back to doing bad things. You blamed Kufuor for that. And insinuated that Kufuor sponsored him to open an armed robbery school”, his letter added.
He further revealed that Koku Anyidoho’s dad was a fine military man loved by people in Rwanda but wonders how an Honourable man could give birth to such a dishonest man like Koku Anyidoho.
