Sam George, Okudzeto, Muntaka others listed in Mahama’s last batch of ministers

President John Dramani Mahama has submitted the third batch of Ministerial appointees for parliamentary approval.

In this batch, President Mahama made twelve (12) nominations, with some key and prominent Members of Parliament (MPs) being featured in it.

The nominees include;

Ministers of State

  1. Dr. Edward Kofi Omane Boamah – Ministry of Defence
  2. Samuel Nartey George, MP – Ministry of Communiction, Digital Technology and Innovation.
  3. Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, MP – Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources
  4. Kofi Iddie Adams, MP – Ministry of Sports and Recreation
  5. Abdul-Rashid H. Pelpuo, MP – Ministry of Labour, Jobs and Employment
  6. Mubarak Mohammed Muntaka, MP – Ministry of Transport
  7. Kwabena Mintah Akandoh, MP – Ministry of Health
  8. Ibrahim Murtala Mohammed, MP – Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology.
  9. Joseph Bukari Nikpe, MP – Ministry of Transport
  10. Muntaka Mohammed-Mubarak, MP – Ministry of Interior
  11. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, MP – Ministry of Foreign Affairs
  12. Adjei Kenneth Gilbert – Ministry of Works, Housing and Water Resources

 

He also appointed three (3) Ministers of State:

  1. Emmanuel Kwadwo Agyekum, MP – Minister of State in Charge of Special Initiatives.
  2. Felix Kwakye Ofosu, MP – Minister of State, Government Communications.
  3. Issifu Seidu, MP – Minister of State, Climate Change and Sustainability.

 

The list also contained a list of three (3) Regional Ministers.

  1. Puozuing Charles Lwanga – Upper West
  2. Joseph Addae Akwaboa – Bono
  3. Francis Owusu Antwi – Bono East
