Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare was born March 1, 1974, is a Ghanaian lawyer and politician.
She has been nominated by President Mahama as the minister-designate for Trade, Agribusiness and Industry.
The minister-designate attended St Monica’s Secondary School in Mampong, Kumasi, where she obtained both her O & A level certificates.
She then advanced to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science.
She later continued to the University of Ghana, Legon to pursue advanced studies in the field of Law and obtained honours in LLB in 2002.
Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare obtained a degree in law in 2004.

She has served at the strategic level on several boards, driving performance in multi-million-dollar companies.
As Minister for Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts, she led initiatives to promote Ghana as a prime tourism destination and fostered collaborations with the creative arts industries.
