The Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah has requested detailed information on staff members who have been added to the payroll since December 7, 2024.

This is part of measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of government payroll records and its management.

Heads of government institutions are required to submit the full name, designation, employee identification number (if applicable), date of appointment, and date added to the payroll for each staff member added within the specified period.

The information is to be submitted to the Office of the President no later than January 31, 2025.

The Chief of Staff in the letter indicated that anyone seeking further clarifications or questions regarding the directive can be addressed by contacting the Office of the President.

He also thanked the heads in advance for their cooperation in making this exercise a success.
