Ghanaian blogger, Bongo Ideas has demanded an inquiry into rapper Sarkodie by the Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) committee.
Bongo Ideas accused Sarkodie of having benefitting from the corrupt dealings of the outgone New Patriotic Party (NPP) government.
In a post on X, Bongo Ideas revealed Sarkodie was given a V8 by President Akufo-Addo and enjoyed perks meant for a minister.
He also revealed Sarkodie is currently building an estate which, Bongo Ideas is suspicious of the land acquisition and funding Sarkodie is using for the estate.
“The Oral must retrieve the V8 & you must account for the estate you’re building!” Bongo Ideas wrote.
Sarkodie was also accused of being tribalistic and a selfish individual who cared less about the plight of students under the free Senior High School (SHS) policy.
“After Nana toaso, you went on a media tour to defend free SHS cos you’re broke. You didn’t even notice how these students were suffering cos you’re blinded by tribal hatred,” he added.
