The North Tongu Member of Parliament (MP), Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has revealed his philosophy for winning the North Tongu parliamentary seat.

According to Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, his philosophy is always to underpromise and overdeliver.

He further noted that it is by the grace of God and working hard coupled with remaining close to the people of his constituency.

Speaking to the media before the inauguration of the Ninth Parliament, Hon. Ablakwa stated, “The grace of God and working hard, remaining close to the people, and fulfilling your promises, and my philosophy is always to under promise and overdeliver”.

Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa won the North Tongu parliamentary seat in the 2024 parliamentary elections by a landslide victory of 93% with his closest rival securing just 6% of the votes.

Hon. Ablakwa is possibly Africa’s youngest Deputy Minister. He was appointed at the age of 28, to serve as Deputy Minister of Information in the Republic of Ghana
