Deputy Minority Leader Armah Kofi Buah has strongly criticized President Akufo-Addo’s final State of the Nation Address, describing his tenure as “a timely reminder of how not to govern a country.”
Buah made this statement after the President delivered his last address in Parliament before his term ends.
Speaking on the floor of Parliament, Buah expressed dissatisfaction with Akufo-Addo’s leadership, pledging that hope was on the way.
He assured Ghanaians that under former President John Dramani Mahama and the NDC, the nation would rise from its current struggles.
“Together, we will work hard to lift ourselves from this historic low and reclaim our place and glory as the Black Star of Africa once again,” Buah said.
His remarks come as the country looks ahead to the next leadership cycle, with Buah confident that Mahama’s leadership would bring a brighter future for Ghana.
Meanwhile speaker of parliament Alban Bagbin has adjourned the house to Monday January,6,2025
