Ace broadcast Journalist Bridget Otoo has reacted to allegations levelled against President John Mahama for using a private jet of his brother, Ibrahim Mahama, to The Gambia.
According to the Acting Spokesperson for President John Dramani Mahama, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, the President’s trip with the Dzata private jet comes at no cost to the Ghanaian taxpayer.
Bridget Otoo reacted to an X-user who asked whether Ibrahim Mahama was also covering the fuel cost and the pilot’s per diem.
The user wrote, “So Dzata is covering the fuel costs and the pilot’s per diem. Please 🙏🏾”
The Journalist quizzed that Ibrahim Mahama has been paying bills of hundreds of thousands of dollars for people not related to him, why can’t he do the same for his blood?
She wrote on X, “If Mr Ibrahim can pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for people not related to him, why can’t he do that for his blood brother?”
The Ghanaian Businessman and Entrepreneur Ibrahim Mahama is noted for his philanthropic works, he recently fully funded 10 year old Lisa’s surgery.
Meanwhile, Kwakye Ofosu has also indicated that John Mahama is committed to using the presidential jet as soon as he receives the all-clear from the Ghana Armed Forces.
Social media has been on fire with Ghanaians speculating after President Mahama travelled on the private jet owned by his businessman brother, Ibrahim Mahama, to The Gambia.
Felix Kwakye Ofosu speaking on TV3 revealed that Mahama using the Dzata jet is an alternative arrangement that has not, in any way, shape, or form, cost the Ghanaian taxpayer a dime.
