President John Dramani Mahama has finally announced the names of the NDC bigwigs on the lips of many Ghanaians in his latest batch of ministerial nominations.
In his latest statement released by the Acting Spokesperson to the President, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, and dated January 21, 2025.
Among the appointments are Dr Edward Kofi Omane Boamah, Samuel Nartey George, Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, Kofi Adams, Abdul-Rashid H. Pelpuo, Kwabena Mintah Akandoh, and Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa
Hon Ablakwa heads the Foreign Affairs Ministry, Dr Omane Boamah takes charge of Defence, Hon Muntaka heads to Interior, Sam George heads the Communication Ministry, Kwabena Mintah Akandoh will oversee the Health Ministry, and Kofi Adams heads Sports.
Mahama’s appointments are seen as calculated selections targeted at strengthening his government to drive national development in their corresponding sectors.
