John Dumelo, the member of parliament for Ayawaso West Wuogon has shared his first few days as a parliamentarian with Ghanaians.
According to John Dumelo, in the space of three days, I have made a lot of friends from the NPP side.
He noted that in the legislative chamber, there is nothing like NDC NPP.
Speaking in an interview, John Dumelo shared, “What I can tell you, for a fact is that parliament is one family, so you could see NDC and NPP, but inside the chamber, there is nothing like NDC NPP”.
“In the space of three two days I have made a lot of friends from the NPP side, and we talk and chat, talk about so many things and we have plans, it is not like how you see it out inside parliament it is one family, I really appreciate that”, he added.
John Dumelo has also stated that for him personally he does not need sirens as part of his duties in Parliament.
“He saying that we need sirens maybe that’s him, but me personally I don’t think I need a siren, some people do, and I know they do, but it is a debate that has to go on for me personally I don’t”, he added.
