A video has surfaced of a heated confrontation between the acting Petroleum Commission boss, Emeafa Hardcastle and Hon. Annoh-Dompreh after the recess of the appointments committee over defamatory comments made by Oliver Barker-Vormawor.
Emeafa Hardcastle was in parliament today to support Dr Omane Boamah, Minister of Defence-designate during his vetting.
According to Annoh Dompreh the Petroleum Commission boss referred to the minority caucus as a “micro minority”.
Emeafa Hardcastle was heard in the heated altercation saying, “You’re threatening me that you will take me on because you’re who? My friend don’t bring yourself. What do you mean by taking me on what does that phrase mean? “
“But you’re micro minority. Doesn’t Afenyo himself use that phrase? Don’t bring yourself, I don’t have time for silly things…you think you can bully me here”, she boldly added.
Annoh-Dompreh upon hearing her comment, promised to deal with her, stating, “You heard the word she used. She called me silly. You called me silly? We will deal with this matter, you cannot call me silly”.
Emeafa Hardcastle later stated, “Did I mention your name, you that you were fighting about your seat, you are coming to flex over here did I mention your name, did I mention your name, you can carry a cross you want to carry?”.
