Mr. Steven Adom, Founder and CEO of Agatex Paints, Ghana’s first locally manufactured paint company shares has shared his intriguing business journey.
According to Mr. Steven Adom, the CEO of Bills Microfinance and Quick Angels Limited Richard Nii-Armah Quaye virtually hijacked his business from him.
He revealed that Richard Nii-Armah Quaye has taken over a lot of other businesses.
Mr. Steven Adom claimed there is a hospital at Ridge Medical Center, the CEO Quick Angels of has taken it from the doctor.
Narrating his ordeal on a podcast he opens up about starting his business, to facing a funding gap and the challenges he encountered that led to the loss of his establishment to Quick Angels Ltd an angel investor company in Ghana.
Mr. Steven Adom narrated, “Let me tell you he has taken a lot of other businesses, whether properly or not once he’s doing it to me it’s likely that’s what he did to other people.
So, I went and registered Dominion Paints in 2018 and still the funding was not coming then somebody suggested Quick Angels, he is a very young guy. At that time, I think 35, 34 thereabouts, I was so passionate about him, I liked his zeal, I liked everything about him, that’s why we need to be very careful”.
“I was just giving in to anything he says, anytime he says, oh, Mr. Adom I say no problem let’s go ahead. But it got to a stage where I found out that the man had virtually hijacked the business from me”, he added.
He further revealed, Richard Nii-Armah Quaye is a greedy young man saying, “The word is greed, I think this young boy is really greedy, he has taken a lot of other businesses, there is a hospital at Ridge Medical Center, and he has taken it from the doctor”.
According to Mr. Steven Adom his challenge has been the court.
He added, “My challenge is just the court, if the court could just be truthful, from my experience now, I can tell you that 300 armed robbers are better than one corrupt judge”.
“Take this word, 300 armed robbers, the harm they can cause is not as what one corrupt judge can do”, he boldly reiterated.
