Cassiel Ato Forson the Finance minister-designate has shared some insights from his PhD research with Ghanaians.
According to Ato Forson, his thesis focused on how entrepreneurs can drive venture growth through strategic financial resource management.
Ato Forson wrote on X, “ As we work together to build a stronger economy, I’d like to share some insights from my PhD research.
My thesis focused on how entrepreneurs can drive venture growth through strategic financial resource management, innovation, and effective institutional networking”.
He listed three findings, “ Businesses grow stronger when financial resources are channelled through innovation strategies, Institutional support and the ability to build meaningful networks amplify this growth, and With the right systems, entrepreneurs can achieve remarkable success”.
Ato Forson further revealed that the lessons are not just academic but a call to action.
“Together, we can create a thriving environment where businesses succeed and drive Ghana’s progress” he added.
