His 250 km walk is to honor President-elect John Mahama for his decisive win in the 2024 presidential elections.

In a video shared by EDHUB, the 65-year-old man was captured very determined, walking in the flag of Ghana with an Ambulance in the background in case of an emergency.

Some Ghanaians under the post have criticized the 65-year-old man being accompanied by an Ambulance, one X user wrote, “Is that not an ambulance following him? That ambulance would have been used for something more sensible than this. Towns and villages are without ambulances but because a man wants to walk to Accra of his own accord and an ambulance is with him. 🫣🤔🤫”

Another user wrote, “He has an ambulance escorting him on this mission ??? that’s nice. But when people in critical emergencies need the services of the ambulance it becomes a problem. Sigh”
