The Chairperson of John Mahama’s ORAL team Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has revealed his team has received more than 700 petitions.
According to Ablakwa, Ghanaians are using all three platforms to report issues of corruption and state capture.
He noted that Ghanaians are very passionate about Operation Recover All Loot.
Speaking on Good Morning Ghana, Ablakwa detailed, “We have started working in earnest, we have rolled out our interactive platforms and I can confirm to you, that we have received more than 700 petitions as of yesterday when we received a briefing from the call center more than 700”.
“People are actively using, www.oralgh.com.org which is the website address where you can go and put in your information to provide evidence of any wrongdoing and corruption-related matter. We will put together that evidence so that when an Attorney General is appointed, we will hand over all of that, People are also using the toll-free number 0800900111 others are sending emails”, he added.
The member of parliament further added, “Ghanaians are so passionate about ORAL the IT experts came together and did this for us for free, I can imagine that if our friends had done this they would have been a whole commissioning of an App, we saw them commissioning Apps every day”.
The transition team of John Mahama has named an ORAL team which has been tasked with laying the groundwork for Mahama Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL).
The team includes Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa – Chairman, Mr. Daniel Domelevo – Former Auditor-General, COP (Rtd.) Nathaniel Kofi Boakye, Mr. Martin Kpebu – Private Legal Practitioner, and Mr. Raymond Archer – Investigative Journalist.
