The member of parliament for Ningo-Prampram Sam George has revealed they know all those moving money out of the country.
Sam George revealed that people are moving money out of Ghana to the Isle of Man, to Mauritius, to the Canary Islands, to Guyana.
He alleged that even last week someone called the remittance person and said they needed to move 5 million dollars.
Speaking on TV3’s Key Point, Sam George revealed, “We know those who are moving money out of the country, I am stating location, they are moving money, Isle of Man, to Mauritius, to the Canary Islands, to Guyana, and we know them, and they are moving money, even last week one of them called a remittance person and said look I need to move 5 million dollars how can you move it”.
“Look, you can’t live to enjoy that money, you will not enjoy that money, people say they don’t know what came over President Mahama when he came to my constituency during his nationwide tour when he came to my constituency that day he dropped a lot of bombs”, he added.
Sam George further detailed, “That was the day he told Bawumia he would not debate him because he knew his level, that same day he mentioned names of people who had questions to answer, he said President Akufo-Addo for 8 years I have been a former president I live in Ghana I didn’t live outside the country, so if there was any prosecution or any questions you have to ask of me I was here you will not go and live in the South of France”.
