A social media user has alleged that nobody attended the New Patriotic Party (NPP) rally at the University of Ghana Legon last time.
In the viral video shared on social media X, some students at the University of Ghana were spotted walking around the campus, and a branded bus on Dr. Bawumia was also spotted leaving the campus.
The narrator in the video shared, by WithAlvin on X, stated, “Charle the boys no kommot, the University people did not come, Charle Yawa, charle people no come ooo, the man say dem for go so dem the go back”.
The narrator noted that this is not what somebody said, he is on the ground, and he has seen the situation for himself.
Meanwhile, the New Patriotic Party has revealed that on December 5, 2024, they will have their last rally of the 2024 election campaign at the University of Ghana. The UG Sports Directorate Park will host the event.
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, former President John Agyekum Kufuor, Dr. Bawumia, and his running mate Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh are expected to grace the possibility rally in 3 days.
