Ace broadcast Journalist Captain Smart has called the defeated member of parliament KT Hammond on live TV.

According to KT Hammond, Captain Smart did all that he could for the New Patriotic Party to lose in the 2024 elections with his utterances on TV.

Captain Smart and his fellow co-host broke into laughter when KT Hammond admitted he had lost his seat in parliament.

KT Hammond speaking during the phone conversation stated, “Yes, I know I have lost, you have done all you can to make us lose, you made us lose, the phone call you made to me I don’t understand, you have done all you can to make us lose”.

“I am not sure you said I would lose, but you said the NPP would lose, and we lost, why are you calling me, Captain Smart you are happy, if you look at the money you have spent, and you have been coming to my office”, he added.

KT Hammond lost to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate Godwin Animli Dorgbadzi-Dorani.

The NDC candidate secured 14,229 of the valid vote cast while KT Hammond secured 13, 275 votes.
