The Deputy Communication Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Malik Basintale has appealed to the residents of Ablekuma West to vote against Ursula Owusu so that she will be made communication officer in Nsawam Prison.
According to Malik Basintale, Ursula Owusu is involved in shady deals and promised to use this evidence against her to prosecute her.
Basintale made this threat at an NDC mini-rally in Ablekuma West urging the residents to vote massively against the incumbent NPP MP.
Speaking at the mini-rally he stated boldly, “Ablekuma West I am begging you; it is just one thing that I want from you, do you know that Ursula Owusu next year by this time she will be sleeping in the Nsawam Prison, I hope you know that”.
“So, I want you to vote against her and Basintale will arrest her, one of the advice I will give her is that, from today the remaining six days left she should hurry and prepare for Nsawam if she goes there the Nsawam prisoners will make her the Communications Minister in Nsawam prison”, he added.
Malik Basintale further added, “She will become the communication minister in Nsawam Prison, on the 7 December I have sent a caution to them”.
Meanwhile, the NDC in their manifesto launch introduced the initiative Operation- Recover- All-Loot (ORAL), to fight against corruption which will be a major funding channel for Ghana’s development.
