The Member of Parliament (MP) for Ayawaso West Wuoguon was at the final campaign rally of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) on Thursday, 5 December, 2024.
At the event, she mounted the stage to speak to NPP supporters and also dropped some dance moves to the surprise of many.
Just like they say the internet never forgets, the video of her dancing at the campaign rally has resurfaced following the possibility of the seat slipping from her hands.
With 13 polling stations left to go, John Dumelo of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is leading the polls with 38,471 votes with the Lydia Alhassan of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) polling 25,775.
The EC closed polls on Saturday, December, 2024 at 5pm.
Votes are now trickling in and from the numbers so far, the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is leading currently.
Also, some big names in parliament, including ministers of state have lost their seats
As the day evolves, the polls will be consolidated and the final results declared latest by Monday.
