The NPP parliamentary candidate of Ningo Prampram, Micheal Tetteh-Eku has mocked himself after an embarrassing showing in the 2024 elections.
According to Micheal Tetteh-Eku has lost and in elections, there is no second place.
Speaking during an interview the defeated parliamentary candidate, stated “I have lost, elections there is no second place, if you lose, you have lost, I have lost”.
The member of parliament for the area Sam George upon hearing his opponent’s admission of his embarrassing defeat broke down in laughter with others around sharing a moment of laughter.
Micheal Tetteh-Eku contested the Ningo Prampram seat against incumbent Sam George who secured 44,953 votes 76.58% with Micheal Tetteh-Eku securing 12,101 votes representing 20.62%.
