Ghanaian international, Kudus Mohammed has secured a spot in the 2024 CAF Men’s Best XI team.
He was named during the 2024 CAF Awards held in Marrakech-Morrocco and was the only Ghanaian to have secured a place on the team.
Mohammed Salah from Egypt, Andre Onana from Cameroon, Victor Osimhen and 2024 CAF Men’s Player of the Year winner Ademola Lookman of Nigeria were amongst the players named in the CAF best XI.
The 24-year-old currently plays for West Ham United and is a key player in the West Ham squad.
As an exceptional player, Kudus has scored 18 goals, provided 7 assists in 48 games in all competitions for West Ham.
His stunning goal against Freiburg in the Europa League has been nominated for the FIFA Puskas Award.
On the international stage, he shone at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, scoring twice against Egypt and winning two Man of the Match awards.
