Vehicle with network scramblers installed in it was spotted in Ketu south

An alleged vehicle, a network scrambler installed in it has been spotted in Ketu South.

According to reports the vehicle was moving around network masts in the Ketu South constituency.

The reports suggest the incident happened yesterday evening.
