President-elect John Dramani Mahama is set to address the nation at 7:00 PM today from his Cantonments office.
This follows his official declaration as the winner of the 2024 presidential election.
Joyce Bawah Mogtari, spokesperson for Mahama, confirmed in a press statement on Sunday, December 8, that the address will outline Mahama’s vision for the country, including his plans for the next steps in his administration.
The address will serve as an opportunity for the president-elect to promote national unity and foster collective efforts towards the country’s development.
Mogtari also emphasized that Mahama will take the opportunity to express his gratitude to Ghanaians for re-electing him to lead the nation.
The address is expected to mark the beginning of a new chapter in Ghana’s democratic journey, focused on reconciliation, progress, and unity.
