Police investigate vandalism and theft at Ursula Owusu- Ekuful’s home

The Ghana Police Service has commenced investigations into an act of vandalism in the office of the Ablekuma West MP, Ursula Owusu- Ekuful by some unknown individuals.

According to the police, about 15 men invaded and vandalized the office and residence of the Member of Parliament Ursula Ekuful.

The police noted that, three motorbikes, a pickup vehicle and a 32 inches Samsung television set were taken along with other items.

In a statement by the police, a crime scene management team has visited the scene as part of its investigations.

“Currently, a targeted intelligence-led operation is ongoing to get the suspects arrested to face justice, and we assure the public that we will get them”.

The police has however assured of her safety while beefing up her security.

“Meanwhile, the Police leadership is in contact with her, and security at her office and residence has been beefed up to ensure her safety”.
