The vice Chairman of the Bawumia campaign team Nana Akomea has revealed that the NPP research as early as February, showed us Mahama was going to win.
According to Nana Akomea, their monthly research pointed out John Mahama winning the 2024 elections.
Speaking on Good Morning Ghana, “The research that we did, and we were doing monthly research pointed to it, it was just the extent of it, that we couldn’t get, but it was pointing to it, right from day one, the research we did around, February show us that John Mahama in terms of the Presidential was leading by nearly 10 points as the campaign got underway, it kept reducing”.
“As of October, September, October, we knew it had narrowed to a point where we had a good chance, February March it was 10, but by September October it had come down to about 2, and so we were very confident, it was a new momentum, we knew there was a lot of apathy, a lot of disgruntlement among our supporters, the election is the best poll”, he added.
Nana Akomea further added, “We knew the monthly poll showed clearly and for a massive 2 million people to stay away, it really massive we have to find out why”.
