Akosua Asaa Manu, popularly known as Kozie, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate for the Adentan constituency in the Greater Accra region driver has been attacked.
According to reports, the incumbent member of parliament on the ticket of NDC, Hon. Mohammed Adamu Ramadan boys have been allegedly accused of the attack on Kozie’s driver.
The information gathered suggests the incident happened in the early hours of the special voting in Adentan today.
An X who shared the video allegedly wrote, “Some of Ramadan’s boys attacked Kozie’s driver last night. If the NDC is so confident about their “comfortable lead” in Adentan, why resort to violence?”
In the viral video shared the driver was shown with blood oozing out of his head and blood stains on his NPP T-shirt, he was later shown at a health facility receiving treatment with a plaster placed on his head.
An eyewitness narrated that the driver just bought water from her a while ago and said he was tired, so he was going home to sleep.
