Member of Parliament for Ada constituency, Comfort Doyoe Cudjoe has sent a message to the NPP members of parliament.
According to Comfort Doyoe Cudjoe, nobody should speak big English to cover up the $11m paid for no work done.
The member of parliament was referring to some $11m that was paid to contractors of the Pwalugu Multipurpose Irrigation Dam project for no work done.
Speaking during parliamentary proceedings, Comfort Doyoe stated, “Nobody should speak big English to cover up when it comes to corruption, what I am saying is about 11 million dollars paid to a work no done, a work not done, now nobody should speak big English to do a cover-up, we don’t want to hear that”.
“Ghanaians should know that 11 million dollars have been paid to a contractor for work not done, this payment has been made there should be no big English to do a cover-up, so they should allow the process to work, we should take them on that is all”, she detailed.
