Some NDC supporters have locked up storerooms of the Awutu Senya West district assembly.
According to reports, the NDC supporters led by their constituency communication officer action is to prevent fertilizers and some sets of equipment from being moved from the Assembly by the current manager.
The action of the NDC comes after John Mahama and their Parliamentary candidate won by a huge margin in the Awutu Senya West constituency in the 2024 elections.
The NDC supporters claim they suspect some NPP executives and supporters will move the fertilizer and equipment from the storeroom, so they are protecting those assets belonging to Ghana’s people.
Gizella Agbotui Tetteh was re-elected as Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya West after she was contested by the Communication Director of the Presidency, Eugene Arhin.
