The member of parliament for Ningo-Prampram Sam George has said the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has no excuse not to deliver.

Sam George noted that Ghanaians have given the NDC a decisive victory to deliver for them after the 2024 elections.

Sam George speaking to GHONE TV is quoted to have said, “Ghanaians have given us such marginally decisive victory that we will have no excuse not to deliver”.

The member of parliament also asserted that President John Mahama has a completely different track record on corruption compared to President Akufo-Addo and Bawumia.

Meanwhile, President-elect John Dramani Mahama has indicated that addressing Ghana’s economic challenges is his top priority.

John Mahama noted that economic challenges, including inflation and currency depreciation, have impacted many Ghanaian citizens.

He stated that his administration would implement strategies to boost economic performance and strengthen ties with other countries.

John Dramani Mahama will be officially sworn in as President of Ghana on the 7th of January 2025.
