Renowned Ghanaian investigative journalist and former Editor-in-Chief of The Fourth Estate, Manasseh Azure Awuni, has dropped a bombshell on his X handle.
He reveals that some university vice-chancellors, whose tenures are set to expire late next year, are already working behind the scenes to secure extensions this year.
The big question: Is this all about academia, or is there a deeper political play at work? According to Manasseh, he’s received reports from two universities one in Accra and another in Wa where top officials are allegedly scheming to hold on to their positions.
