An unidentified man has allegedly survived seven (7) gunshots to his person, leaving no scratch on him.
The young man who is alleged to possess charms that neutralize gunshots survived these shots from police personnel dispatched to resolve an altercation in Wenchi yesterday.
Unidentified youth in the Wenchi Municipality of the Bono Region have attacked the Municipal Police Commander, DSP Nana Boakye Yiadom, leaving him severely injured, and released eight inmates from police custody.
The group also vandalized the police station, causing significant property damage.
A source within the Wenchi police, speaking anonymously, disclosed that the incident occurred on Tuesday morning after DSP Yiadom went to the Tohaba area, a suburb of Wenchi, to arrest a suspect.
Upon finding the suspect absent, the commander reportedly detained the suspect’s pregnant wife and brought her to the police station.
The pregnant woman’s arrest angered the youth who stormed the police station to free the woman. Their break in resulted in a clash with policemen.
During the altercation, the police allegedly managed to fire some shots at the culprits, but no one was reportedly injured or dead.
In a video posted on X, the young man can be seen surrounded by others who admired the efficacy of his charm as they took videos of the bullet holes in his shirt, seeing he had suffered no bodily harm.
