Voters in one of the polling stations in the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency have called for the removal of the incumbent member of parliament Lydia Alhassan flyer from a polling station.
The Voters expressed concern that Maa Lydia’s flyer should be removed, as they believe it indicates an indirect campaign.
One of the voters at the polling station asserted that during the time of voting, no party campaign material must be spotted on the day of the voting.
It must be noted that on election day no one is allowed to wear party colors or paraphernalia to the election grounds.
During the Special voting on Monday, December 2, 2024, Member of Parliament Lydia Seyram Alhassan was in a viral video sharing food and drinks with voters who were waiting for their turn in a queue to cast their ballot in the special voting exercise.
