The EC has so far re-collated results in seven of the nine constituencies, with Dome/Kwabenya and Ablekuma North still pending.

The NDC has accused the High Court Judge who ordered the EC re-collation of disputed constituencies of bias and procedural errors.

The NDC’s Director of Legal Affairs, Godwin Edudzi Tamakloe during the Supreme Court proceedings on Friday, December 27 stated that the Accra High Court denied the NDC the opportunity to present its case.

The list of Supreme Court judges includes the following:

  1. Justice Gabriel Pwamang – Presiding
  2. Justice Prof. Henrietta Mensa-Bonsu
  3. Justice Ernest Gaewu
  4. Justice Henry Anthony Kwofie
  5. Justice Adjei Frimpong
