Jospong’s Zoomlion workers are currently engaged in beautification and preparation efforts across key areas in Accra in anticipation of the upcoming swearing-in ceremony scheduled for January 7, 2025.
The update, shared in a post by TV3 on Monday, December 30, 2024, highlighted the ongoing efforts to ensure the city is well-prepared for the inauguration of President-elect John Dramani Mahama.
A video accompanying the post shows the workers clearing portions of a road, while some trees have been draped with the Ghanaian flag.
With his return to office, John Mahama is set to usher in a new chapter of leadership, building on past achievements while addressing the nation’s challenges.
Mahama previously served as President of Ghana from July 24, 2012, to January 7, 2017, and as Vice President of Ghana from January 2009 to July 2012.
He assumed office as president on July 24, 2012, following the death of his predecessor, John Atta Mills.
