The member of parliament for Ningo-Prampram Sam George has revealed that President-elect John Dramani Mahama jailed his bosom friend because of corruption.
According to Sam George, Mahama caused his bosom friend and colleague in parliament Abuga Pele to be investigated and jailed.
Sam George noted that Abuga Pele was not the one who signed the contract but was the one overseeing the agency that signed the contract.
Speaking on TV3’s Key Point show on Saturday, December 14, 2024, Sam George detailed, “President Mahama sacked Victoria Hammah because she had attention, she was caught on tape with the intention of making a million dollars, but she didn’t make it, an intention he kicked her out of his government”.
“President Mahama caused his bosom friend and colleague in parliament to be investigated and jailed, for lack of oversight Abuga Pele, Abuga Pele he was not the one who signed the contract, but he was overseeing the agency that signed the contract he was jailed”, he added.
Sam George further revealed, “Meanwhile, they use GYEDA Ursula Owusu and co they say on media houses and sang with GYEDA to kick us out of government meanwhile it was President Mahama investigation”.
Meanwhile, John Mahama has promised Ghanaians an Operation Recover All Loots (ORAL), the initiative seeks to track down and retrieve all state assets looted under the Akufo-Addo Bawumia government to develop the country.
